The Role
The Digital Advertising Coordinator will help all divisions of the digital department within Times Total Media to coordinate, schedule and maintain all digital advertising programs. The position will be located at our office in downtown St. Petersburg, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Working with sales reps on availability
  • Adjusting ad campaigns to assure full delivery
  • Providing reports during and after campaigns
  • Building digital proposals for local and national advertisers
  • Communicating advertising opportunities to digital sales management across the company and looking for ways to maximize advertising revenue
  • Running analysis reports
  • Preparing presentations and sales material for new programs
  • Facilitating communication to encourage best practices
  • Scheduling and adjusting online ad campaigns
  • Working with graphic elements and testing before publishing
  • Proofreading ads before publishing
  • Producing proactive reports and communicating any issues/concerns in advance
  • Building local and national ad campaign proposals
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and sharing best practices
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
  • One to two years’ experience in digital advertising and marketing is preferred. Two to three years' experience in Social Media preferred. Knowledge of basic accounting and standard office software, including strong familiarity and comfort with digital publishing is needed. A positive attitude, good communication skills and a strong work ethic is a must. Successful candidates will be organized and able to complete multiple tasks throughout the day. Accuracy and follow-through are the two most important traits for success in this position.
